Research direction

Start by reproducing the submitted request against https://sysupgrade.openwrt.org, using the listed branch, target, profile, version, and packages. Investigate why the service rejects the five luci-i18n packages as unsupported. Done means a valid attended upgrade request for this configuration builds successfully or reports an accurate, actionable compatibility error.
