Start by reproducing the terminal auc request and the LuCI attended-sysupgrade request against https://sysupgrade.openwrt.org for x86/geode on OpenWrt 22.03.4. Trace why the request has no board name or profile; done means both entry points can build a firmware image without the reported errors.
