Research direction
Start with the reported sysupgrade.openwrt.org request for profile mikrotik,hap-ac2 and the build output at Makefile lines 169, 134, and 253. Reproduce the 22.03.3 image build and trace the package conflict between luci-ssl, libustream-wolfssl20201210, and libustream-mbedtls20201210; done means the requested firmware image builds successfully.
