Start by reproducing the submitted request for target octeon/generic with profile er on the referenced sysupgrade service. Trace how the service handles the profile field and compare it with the supported profiles; done means this EdgeRouter request no longer returns “Unsupported profile: er” and the behavior is covered by an appropriate test.
