Research direction

Start with the image build rule at /builder/include/image.mk:399 and the ext4 allocation error in the build log. Reproduce the linux-rockchip_armv8 image build and determine why ext4 image creation cannot allocate 28 blocks; done means identifying a reproducible cause and a verified successful image build.
