I tried running john from a different path, no luck.

I specified the full path to the include instruction but still the file wasn't found.

Reproduce the failure with ./john --test --format=opencl on macOS and start with opencl/pbkdf1_hmac_sha1_kernel.cl, opencl_device_info.h, and the error path in opencl_common.c. Determine why the kernel compiler cannot find the header and verify that the OpenCL format test builds successfully on the reported macOS setup.
