Description
While we're thinking on future improvements to selectlist such as <selectlist multiple> (or whatever it ends up being), I think it's worth us looking into alternative mechansims for multiple selections. #487 got me thinking and another UI component I've seen and created in my own design systems is that of the "dual list box".
https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/component-library/bundle/lightning-dual-listbox/example is a fairly good overview of what it is.
It'd be good to put up a research page for this component.
