Description
Microsoft's Fabric no longer exists. Having been replaced with Fluent UI. We should update the design system information accordingly. Stardust UI has evolved into a React implementation of Fluent UI see #794 perhaps both design systems should be merged into a singular Fluent UI. Or perhaps like we have Material UI and Materal Web it's okay to split them?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the repository's current design system information and issue #794. Confirm how Fabric should be represented as Fluent UI, then resolve whether Stardust UI should be merged with it or remain separate alongside Material UI and Material Web. Done means the design system information reflects the agreed structure.
