- Allow the OLS (OpenShift Lightspeed) panel and the troubleshooting panel to open individually or be stacked on top of each other within the OpenShift console.
- Provide an obvious global entry point for "troubleshooting tools" including the panel and lightspeed. An entry on the "application" menu is not obvious, a special link on every page is not scalable. A lightspeed-stlye "floating" button is a good option but should cover all the troubleshooting toolbox.
- The design should be extensible to accommodate additional future panels.
