Description

Description

  1. Allow the OLS (OpenShift Lightspeed) panel and the troubleshooting panel to open individually or be stacked on top of each other within the OpenShift console.
  2. Provide an obvious global entry point for "troubleshooting tools" including the panel and lightspeed. An entry on the "application" menu is not obvious, a special link on every page is not scalable. A lightspeed-stlye "floating" button is a good option but should cover all the troubleshooting toolbox.
  3. The design should be extensible to accommodate additional future panels.

For details and design discussion see Jira: https://redhat.atlassian.net/browse/COO-1869

Research direction

Start with the Jira COO-1869 design discussion and inspect the existing OLS and troubleshooting panel entry points in the OpenShift console. Confirm how both panels can open independently or stack, and define an extensible global troubleshooting entry point covering future panels; completion requires the agreed design to support these cases.
