Description

The kola testiso iscsi boot test is failing in prow, but not in the fedora jenkins pipeline neither the rhcos pipeline.

I am unable to pin down why prow fails the test, as manually running the test steps from within a debug pod in the prow pipeline works.

See https://github.com/openshift/os/pull/1461 discussion for more details

Research direction

Start with the kola testiso iSCSI boot test and the prow pipeline where it fails. Compare its prow behavior with the Fedora Jenkins and RHCOS pipelines, then review the debug-pod test steps and the discussion in openshift/os#1461. Done means identifying and fixing the prow-only failure, with the test passing in prow.
