Description

Currently cluster admins with large amounts of projects (>40) are setting labels in namespaces which are inherited by projects, but it would be nice if a label could be directly set to a project, so then in UI and CLI search and listing could be filtered by label.

It would be nice also if "oc get projects" would display the labels assigned to a project and if you could filter the projects to display by label with "-l".
