Does Logging 6.6.1 support OpenShift 4.19?

Description
The documentation here and here say that Logging 6.6 supports OpenShift 4.19, but it is contradicting with other places of the documentation — stating it only supports OpenShift 4.20 or above.
Is it correct to consider the OpenShift Operator Life Cycles as the ultimate source of truth?
