Description

When running make deploy-olm, for example, one developer can override another developer image, because the uniqueness of the image name is created by git rev-parse --short HEAD.

Create another form of creating this string or add more info (like developer's GitHub username) to the created image name to avoid this problem.

Research direction

Start by tracing the make deploy-olm target and its use of git rev-parse --short HEAD to find where developer image names are assembled. Check how images are tagged and deployed, then verify that two developers using the same commit produce distinct image names without breaking deployment.
