Improve the timechart command to produce pivoted data to allow following command to process the data.
Current implementation does pivot at formatter level after query execution completes.
Example query:

Research direction
Start with the Calcite PPL timechart implementation and the formatter-level pivot path described in the issue. Trace the example query with span=1h, count(), by status, and limit=3. Done means pivoted data is produced before query execution completes so a following command can process it.
