Is your feature request related to a problem?
RFC3339_LENIENT date format was introduced in Opensearch here: https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch/pull/11465

Add support for the same format in sql and also include relavant tests. For now check_supported_format_names_coverage in [OpenSearchDateTypeTest.java is temporarily fixed here in https://github.com/opensearch-project/sql/pull/2476.

Please remove that code after adding the support.
