Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Coming from https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-java/pull/477#pullrequestreview-1424878017, we need unit tests for API classes that we add/fix going forward. This ensures that we have parity between how the builder classes are used and gives us confidence that all implemented methods work as expected.
