Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Coming from https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-java/issues/1093 it looks like we may have released a version of the client with a broken feature. Integration tests would have failed, but we don't have an OpenSearch managed AWS instance to test against.
What solution would you like?
Run integration tests against a real OpenSearch AWS instance.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the related issue 1093 and the repository's existing integration-test setup, since no specific files or test entry points are named here. The work is complete when integration tests run successfully against a real AWS-managed OpenSearch or Serverless instance and catch the broken client feature described in the related issue.
