Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to benchmark and profiling the migration of trace ingestion to event model(#939 ), we need a load generator that

- produce configurable TPS sent in otel-protobuf.
Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Describe alternatives you've considered (Optional)
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Research direction
Start by reviewing issue #939 and the repository's trace-ingestion entry points to understand the event-model migration and the expected service-map data. Define how configurable TPS and OTEL protobuf output should be exercised; the work is done when representative service-map traces can be generated and sent at a controlled rate for benchmarking.
