Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need a way to effectively monitor data flow to data prepper sink from kafka source. The purpose of this is to be able to track the source of requests from a logical application name to be included in server-side kafka request logging.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement support for client.id as topic configuration when constructing Kafka Consumer.

Research direction
Locate the Kafka Consumer construction and the topic configuration used by the Kafka source. Start by tracing how source settings reach the consumer, then verify that a configured client.id is included in server-side Kafka request logging and add or update relevant tests.
