Description
Add in a new processor, ConvertEventProcessor.
Its intent is to take an entry in a record and try to convert it to a desired type. It should at least support converting to boolean, integer, float, and string.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating existing event processors and their tests, then determine how records and desired types are represented. Done means the new processor supports conversion to boolean, integer, float, and string, with failure behavior following project conventions.
