Description

Describe the bug

https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch/releases says that 1.3.17 is the latest release, this is somewhat correct, but not really.

Research direction

Start at the GitHub releases page and compare the 1.3.17 and 2.14.0 release entries to understand how the latest designation is currently assigned. Trace the release process or configuration that controls this label; done means the 2.x release is marked latest without incorrectly marking the 1.x line.
