Description
It would be nice to have a toggleable feature to automatically pan and zoom out (if necessary) the PCB when selecting a row in the BOM. This would help reduce the number of interactions required when doing a board population. I found that I occasionally have to zoom in on a particularly dense part of a board, but then the next row's parts are off the edge and I have to manually zoom back out to find them.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing BOM row selection into the PCB viewport behavior and identify where a toggle could control automatic panning and zooming. Done means selecting a row keeps its highlighted parts visible without disrupting the existing manual zoom workflow.
