Description
Politicians are filtered by the death-date cutoff only during initial dump import. If enrichment later discovers a death date, the politician remains active and can continue appearing in enrichment, review, and search queues indefinitely. Garbage collection does not handle this case.
Add a politician-level retirement mechanism and exclude retired politicians from relevant queries once a verified death date crosses the cutoff.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing death-date cutoff during initial dump import, then identify the enrichment, review, and search queries that can still return affected politicians. Done means politicians with a verified death date beyond the cutoff are retired and excluded from those flows, including cases discovered after import.
