Description
Are PDF found at a URL supported as custom source? If not, it would be very useful to parse CVs and Resumes. Occasionally position holders such as those with academic affiliations have a PDF for their resume or CV and less often a .doc.
When adding the following PDF URL to the custom source field Poliloom returned red text "Browser Error".
If PDFs are a valid source, there is an issue with https://people.engineering.osu.edu/media/document/2025-06-20/el-monier_ilham_cv-2025.pdf which can be seen in https://loom.everypolitician.org/politician/Q139382300 as a person serving on a commission for the state government of Ohio.
If PDFs were not in scope to the intent of additional sources, supporting files is a really valuable data source to attempt to extract from to enhance Wikidata entries for individuals.

Reproduce the Browser Error by entering the supplied PDF URL in the custom source field, and inspect the custom-source handling that processes remote URLs. Done should mean the project clearly supports or rejects PDF sources, with the supplied CV URL working if PDF support is implemented.
