Description
Summary
Create a contribution page where users can submit "index links" - pages containing lists of politicians - for bulk processing.
Requirements
- User pastes URL of a page containing a list of politicians
- System fetches and parses the page in real-time
- Links extracted entities to existing politician records
- Proposes results to evaluators for review
Notes
This is a "live process" - the page is fetched and parsed as the user waits, giving immediate feedback.
