• Add purpose: clarify that the work was carried out as part of the NIHR-commissioned review of the rollout of Pharmacy First.

2. Regional Coverage Notes

• Add a note in relevant tables/figures:

  “Many regions have only partial coverage in OpenSAFELY-TPP, so results may not be representative of the entire region.”

3. Completeness Chart

• Consider using a y-axis limit smaller than 100% to improve readability.
• The second explanatory sentence could be removed for conciseness:

  “Completeness of Pharmacy First consultations is summarised here by showing the proportion of consultations with a recorded medication, clinical condition, or both. This gives an indication of how complete consultations are captured in GP records over time.”

4. Clinical Conditions Breakdown

• Missing a “by” in the phrasing — should read:

  “Pharmacy First consultations involving a clinical condition, as specified by NHS England, are shown here, broken down by sex.”

5. Medications Summary

• Amend text for accuracy — it now reflects top 10 medications, not split by whether or not included in the pharmacy first codelist.
