Description
We added a summary card to Job Request pages which shows the counts of each status of Actions for a given Job Request. Those statuses are:
- Succeeded
- Failed
- Running
- Pending
We should explain in the documentation what these statuses mean, and why an action might end up with a certain status.

Find the documentation for Job Request pages and the summary card described in the issue. Confirm the meanings of Succeeded, Failed, Running, and Pending, then document why an Action might receive each status; done means all four statuses and their possible causes are explained.
