Description
- Dataset_definition_1.py generated the dataset using ehrQL, including indicators of cohorts, outcomes, and covariates with available codelists; however, some codelists still need confirmation, which are noted in the Google Doc protocol.
- We only generated counts of events for outcomes, but not the dates, as we need the counts data to extract dates for the next step.
- Noted an issue with BNF codes for medications (asthma and COPD) not being accepted in OpenSAFELY; this needs to be resolved.

Research direction
Start with Dataset_definition_1.py and the Google Doc protocol referenced in the issue. Review the unconfirmed codelists, determine how outcome dates should be extracted after event counts, and investigate the rejected BNF medication codes in OpenSAFELY. Done means the codelists are confirmed, dates are generated, and the asthma and COPD medication codes are resolved.
