Description
While tweaking this codelists for anticoagulants we discovered that SQL run today is producing more AMPs/VMPs that the same SQL run a few months back. We would expect a different number of AMPs due to new products and it is possible that new VMPs would occur but two we identified

appear to have been in dm+d a long time, although they are now unavailable. We think the most likely explanation for this is changes and improvements to the BNF->snomed mapping.
We need to understand a bit more about the monthly changes to this mapping for a) to ensure accuracy of our codelist at any given point of time b) updating codelists in the future.
@inglesp and I have quickly checked and we think we should do a little work and perhaps liaise wit BSA on this. There will be more info on OpenPrescribing about this map but probably out of date after the substantial changes that BSA made when moving to their new "One Drug Reference"
