Description
The intention with this work is to check our assumptions with the OpenCodelist user journey by validating this with current / recent users.
It maybe that we uncover some experiences and needs that haven't been collected yet.
- map out the current user journey for validation with users
- decide which users to interview (minimum 4 to start seeing patterns in the data)
- decide questions/areas, possibly using a non-leading interview format
- map out updated user journey
