Description
Andrew has a BNF codelist that contains new products (e.g. Elvanse Adult 40mg). However, when the BNF codelist is converted to a dm+d codelist, the dm+d codelist doesn't contain the new products.
The new products are in dm+d, and a recent version of dm+d was imported into OpenCodelists (#2062). Possibly a mapping needs to be updated?
