Description
Has anyone come up with a way to measure cache hits/misses percentage? The only way I can tell is by analysing the access.log files. But wondering if there's a better way to calculate cache hit rate in realtime.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the srcache-nginx-module request and cache-handling paths, then compare them with the access.log information mentioned in the issue. Determine what existing logging or measurement facilities are available and define how realtime cache hits and misses should be reported. Done means a reliable cache-hit percentage can be obtained without analyzing access logs manually.
