Research direction
The issue identifies OPM's repo_link check but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the repo_link validation in the OPM code and reviewing how package uploads currently use repository links; done should be defined as supporting multiple packages in one repository without requiring separate GitHub repositories.
