Description

Neither Alpine linux nor Ubuntu ship with curl installed by default. Trying to use opm from one of these distributions results in opm outputting:

ERROR: failed to search: server error.

Just encountered this issue when building OpenResty in a Docker container. I think the documentation should be updated to describe the need for resty and curl.

Research direction

The issue does not name a documentation file. Locate the documentation describing opm usage and check how dependencies are currently listed; verify that the need for resty and curl on Alpine and Ubuntu is clearly documented, then review the affected documentation for completeness.
