Description

If I load a certificate using the format ssl_certificate_by_lua_file, QUIC won't read this configuration; it will only default to the pre-defined ssl_certificate. However, this works for HTTP/2. Is this aspect of HTTP/3 still under development?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Start by reproducing the difference between HTTP/2 and QUIC with ssl_certificate_by_lua_file, then trace the nginx SSL hook handling for both protocols. Done means determining whether the configuration should work for QUIC and documenting or fixing the behavior.
