OpenResty deb builds behave differently on ARM64 and x86_64 platforms

I'm testing eBPF-based profiling for OpenResty (version 1.21.4.2) on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

When profiling on ARM64 system, c stack frames can be preserved while they are missing on X86 platforms.

For the arm64 system, I've installed pre-built openresty (not openresty-debug) from official apt repository.

The same for x86 cases. I confirm that both versions are compiled with -O2.

I'm not pretty sure if it is caused by the GCC?

No source files or tests are named. Start by comparing the official ARM64 and x86_64 apt builds using the reported openresty -V output and the eBPF profiling behavior; done means identifying whether the architecture-specific C-frame difference comes from packaging or compilation.
