Failed on IBM Z/S390x

Compile Openresty for IBM Z/S390x but unable to start due the following issue :

Reproduce the failure on IBM Z/S390x with the reported OpenResty 1.19.9.1 build and RHEL 8 environment. Start with /usr/local/openresty/lualib/resty/core.lua and the coroutine_api error, then compare the platform-specific behavior with a working architecture. Done means resty.core loads successfully and nginx starts without these Lua errors.
