Description
I would like to pass arbitrary headers to requests made through the location.capture mechanism, but looking at the source it appears that the set_content_length_header method is what handles all of the header duplication from the parent request. Are there any plans to add this functionality?

Research direction
Start by reading the location.capture implementation and the set_content_length_header method mentioned in the issue. Determine how parent-request headers are currently duplicated and define the API and tests needed to support arbitrary headers; done means the requested headers are passed through without breaking existing capture behavior.
