Description
It'd be nice to allo setting many key-values atomically in a single call (maybe passing a table of key values), also setting a common expire time to all of them.
e.g.
expire = 600
values = {"key1": "value1", "key2": "value2"}
ngx.shared.dict:multiset(values, expire)

Research direction
Start at the ngx.shared.dict:multiset entry point described in the issue and trace how shared-dictionary writes are handled. Define the behavior for applying the supplied key-value table atomically with one common expiration time, then add coverage showing that the operation succeeds as a single update.
