Description

Hi,

It seems that LuaJIT will have a built-in fast serializer for objects: https://github.com/LuaJIT/LuaJIT/commit/4c6b669c419f313306b9e6ee43be4ad5f6d73ec6

Do you have plans to add support for objects in ngx.shared.DICT with the new serializer?

Thanks!

Research direction

Start by reviewing the ngx.shared.DICT object serialization entry point and the linked LuaJIT serializer change. Determine how object values should be supported and define tests that demonstrate the expected serialization behavior; done means ngx.shared.DICT accepts and retrieves objects using the new serializer.
