Research direction

Start by reviewing the lua_ssl_trusted_certificate directive and the dynamic cosocket CA behavior named in the issue, along with how nginx reloads apply certificate settings. Clarify whether the requested outcome is documentation of an existing mechanism or implementation of runtime certificate changes; done means that scope and supported behavior are explicitly established.
