Description
Curious if it's possible to pass lua callbacks to C FFI and evaluate them from there.
Goal is to embed ngx.location.capture calls in the Lua callback and call them from my C library.
Are there any hiccups to using the NGX API in this way?

Research direction
Start by investigating the Lua callback, the C/FFI boundary, and the ngx.location.capture API mentioned in the issue. Determine whether callbacks can safely invoke that API from the C library, including any constraints, and document a concrete supported approach or the blockers.
