Description
I would like to eventually see PyDDA support radar data that has not been interpolated, but is in its original coordinates. There can be large uncertainties in the retrieval that can be induced simply by the interpolation of the data and furthermore artifacts in the wind retrieval can be introduced by interpolation.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how PyDDA currently receives interpolated radar data and determine the required antenna-coordinate representation; done means PyDDA can perform wind retrievals from original, non-interpolated radar coordinates without interpolation-induced artifacts.
