Description
I suggest adding this function to OMP so that server systems, like organizations can put a prefix before a player’s name on the TAB list. This would be really handy for RolePlay, Freeroam and Deathmatch servers, making it easier to see roles, ranks at a glance.
native SetPlayerPrefix(playerid, const prefix[], color);

Research direction
Start by locating the native API entry point for SetPlayerPrefix and the existing TAB-list/player-name handling. Determine how the requested prefix and color would reach the TAB display, then verify that a player's prefix is visible in the specified position for the relevant server modes.
