Description
I would like to be more flexible when listing tasks and datasets.
E.g. I would like to state stuff selecting multiple tags and exclude certain tags.
This could be done like that c("Study_14", "-Study_12") selecting all tasks using data from study 14 and excluding data that is in study 12

Research direction
Start by locating the Python server API code that handles listing or filtering tasks and datasets. Check how tag filters are currently parsed, then verify that multiple included tags and excluded tags support the issue's example; done means the requested selection and exclusion behavior works consistently for both tasks and datasets.
