Description
It is currently not possible to view Measure Details for any of the Measures/Data qualities and Measures/Eval. Measures entries, returning:
An error occured
[ElasticSearch] 403: Forbidden

Research direction
Reproduce the failure on Measure Details pages for Measures/Data qualities and Measures/Eval. Measures, then trace the request that returns the reported Elasticsearch 403. Done means both measure detail categories can be viewed without the Forbidden error.
