Description

At least the comments in source code say something about 2009 year.

Research direction

Start by locating the framework source identified by the 2009 comments and determine which framework and version the app includes. Review its current security status and available upgrade path before deciding the scope. Done means the obsolete dependency is assessed and a concrete, validated update plan or completed upgrade is documented.
