When I download a data set I would like to know if there is an issue with this

Description
When I list or download a data set (or a task) I do not get the information whether some one has raised an issue (see red triangle in image below) about this data set. That would be useful info in order to know if this data can be used properly.
In my opinion it would be great to already include it in the listing, because that would be something to use for choosing tasks to use for benchmarking etc.
