Description
I cannot raise an issue for a data set with problems.
I just wanted to raise an issue for data set https://www.openml.org/d/301
When I klicked submit on the issue, it submitted an issue that I wrote for another data set a while ago. So now it shows the entirely wrong problem.

Research direction
