Description

Hi,

according to https://github.com/openml/openml-r/issues/412 the target feature was not specified for data set here https://www.openml.org/d/40992 . We deactivated the V1 but V2 now does not provide the target. Could this be fixed in V2 or do we have to upload V3?

Research direction

Start by comparing the V1 and V2 metadata for dataset 40992 and read openml-r#412 for the reported target-feature context. Confirm whether V2 can expose the missing default_target_attribute; done means either the V2 metadata is corrected or the required V3 migration path is documented.
